The Glastonbury Lacrosse Club invites all players, parents, family members and referees to
the first GLC Family Day. The Club will provide pizza, drinks and all paper goods for the
event. We are asking that all Bantam and Rising Star families bring a snack, all Junior families
bring a small appetizer, and all Senior families bring a desert.
The event will be held at the Riverfront Fields from 4:00 - 7:00 PM this Sunday May 18th. There will be age appropriate games for the kids that will include relay races, as well as shooting and trick stick contests. All kids that wish to compete and join in the games must bring and wear their full equipment.
We are also looking to organize a coaches game to show the kids how the game is "supposed"
to be played. All coaches that are interested in playing a short scrimmage please let Rob Peterson know of your availability so we can organize a roster in advance.
In order to properly plan for the amount of pizza and drinks the club needs to supply, we are
asking that all families contact thier coaches and let them know how many total familiy members
will attend the event. We ask that you forward this information by the end of the day
Friday 5/17.

Save the date! The Glastonbury Lacrosse Club invites all players, parents, brothers and sisters, to the first GLC Family day on May 18th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The event will include fun games and contests for all ages, and a coaches vs coaches scrimmage. Coaches dust off those old sticks and come join in on the fun. More information to follow shortly. |
