ON-LINE REGISTRATION REQUIRED

All registration for the 2010 GLC Lacrosse season will be completed through the GLC website on-line registration process.  Please click on the "Register Online" tab listed in the left-hand column of the GLC website.  Begin by selecting the division in which your player will be participating.  Each division is listed with the corresponding grades for that division.

This on-line registration process will:

• Register each player in the GLC database
• Register each player with U.S. Lacrosse
• Save entered data for multiple registrations per parent\guardian
• Automatically calculate fees, apply "Family Maximum" and add in applicable late fees
• Accept payment by credit card via the GLC PayPal account
• Automatically generate confirmation e-mails for registrants

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Registrants can elect to pay by check.  All checks must be brought to the GLC Lacrosse Information Nite on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Smith Middle School cafeteria between 6:00PM and 8:30PM.

Have the following items on hand for on-line registration:

• U.S. Lacrosse Member #  ( for returning players only)
• Credit card including 3-digit security code on back of card
• Health insurance carrier name and policy #
• Note, the information entered for the first adult\guardian will default for all players entered

No registration will be considered valid until credit card payment or check payment is received

IMPORTANT DATES:

• 11/01/09 - On-line registration open to the public
• 11/11/09 - Pay-by-Check payments accepted at GLC Information Nite
• 11/30/09 - Deadline for player registration without a late fee of $50.00, refunds after this date subject to a 50% fee.
• 03/01/10 - Registration closed for 2010 season, no refunds after this date.
